1. Check your email or enrollment confirmation for your scheduled class date and time.
2. Add the class to your calendar and plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your registration confirmation, comfortable clothing suitable for hands-on skills practice, and any required employer paperwork if applicable.

ZDM Fire & Safety serves students in McAllen and across the Rio Grande Valley. Your confirmation email will include the exact class address and start time. Please park only in marked visitor spaces and avoid blocking drive lanes or reserved spots.
Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule?
If you cannot attend your class, please contact ZDM Fire & Safety as soon as possible. Early notice gives us the best chance to help you with your options and offer your seat to another student.
Cancellation & refund policy
- 2 or more days before class: Full refund or free reschedule to a future class.
- Less than 2 days before class: Reschedule only — no refunds.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Forfeit the class fee. Rebooking is at full price, based on availability.
Reschedule requests
Reschedule requests made 2 or more days before class are free. Requests made later depend on class availability and may include a rescheduling fee.
Last-minute enrollment
New enrollment closes 1 day before class. If you are trying to register at the last minute, please call to check for any available openings.
